Medionics is a fully integrated manufacturer of disposable sterile and non-sterile medical devices with capabilities ranging from RF and ultrasonic welding to heat-sealing, hot stamping, clean room assembly and packaging.

Medionics operates from a 37,000 sq. ft. facility located in Markham, Ontario Canada. Special installations include an ISO 14644-1 class 7 certified clean room for assembly and packaging of medical disposables, and an R&D laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art electronics and microprocessor development systems. We maintain complete in-house machine shop facilities for building our own tooling, test fixtures and assembly automation.

We stock many off-the-shelf single use medical devices, or we will manufacture to your specifications from start to finish for all your hospital needs in I.V. administration, diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular, anesthesia, respiratory care, urology, blood bank products, general surgery and wound care.

We also work with leading medical device companies to produce customized private labeled procedure kits incorporating a wide range of surgical components and finished medical devices.
